Ahead of our xViz visualization suite expiring at the 1 year mark, we renewed our license. When the 1 year mark came around our existing visuals started showing a watermark asking to purchase again. When redragging the existing xViz visuals to our reports didnt correct the issue, I logged into the admin portal and noticed the change date still showed the initial install date (not sure if it needed to reflect the renewal date). I first tired disabling and reenabling the visuals in use and that didn't work. I then ended up then deleting the existing visuals in use and reinstalling them from visualization suite that came with the renewal email. After that was completed we were able to redrag in the xViz visuals in to the reports and that seemed to work initially, but now we are getting an error message saying the visual is no longer available. Anything I am missing here?
