I'm here for year 2 of subscription renewals and more problems.
First - the private files were not sent to us so we had to pull the updates
Second - The automated renewal shouldn't require extra leg work, no?
Third - How do I input our subscription when pulling the visualizations from the App Source?
Having to repeatedly jump through these hoops should be unnecessary. Why is this so hard? and Why can't we engage a human being? instead we're forced to a chat bot that does ask the right questions.
