I'm faced with a client requirement where they want a link in the Gantt chart that takes them to a different report.
I looked at another question posted here regarding adding a Web URL and followed the steps proposed, but for some reason it won't work on my end. It just displays the full URL in the column and is not clickable.
Are there perhaps other prerequisites that I'm missing?
I have a column that has the relevant URL, and have added it as a display category.
It makes no difference whether I select "Display as" to be icon or full URL; it just keeps displaying it as below.
