Filter Licenses

Anyone else have issues with licensing?  I bought the licenses for the hierarchy filter but the file they sent me with the visual and embedded licenses doesnt work.  I have emailed them multiple times with no responses back and they have no phone number to call.  I need this visual to work for big presentation soon and I get the UPGRADE to PRO error when I already upgraded!
