How long does it take your support team to reach back out? I have been waiting 24Hrs and still no confirmation email or response.

I need to implement my charts via License Key and not Organizational Visuals. After already PURCHASING the software, it would be nice to actually have it available to our team.

Please consider having the deployment method as an option in checkout and not defaulted to Organizational Visual.

Customers can directly drop an email to support team for faster resolutions. You will find the support contact details in your purchase email. 

You can copy your license key from the customer portal. Details are already emailed to you.
