upgrade to Pro mesage with license
our company has a license but still shows this upgrade to pro message? How to check if the license is active or expired?

Please contact the support team with your subscription Id. To check the status of your subscription, you can also log in to the Customer Portal – Login – xViz.
You will find the support contact details and login credentials in your purchase email.
