xViz request for payment window still showing after purchase

My company purchase a 1 creator / 25 view license and has loaded the visuals into the Organizational Visuals.  I’m not sure why I’m still seeing the request for payment window on both my desktop as well as the published versions.  Might you have step by step instructions on how to update our dashboards?
