XVIZ Variance Chart Licensing issue

1- We are using variance chart in our PBI Tenant from last year with the paid version of xviz variance chart with plan-id variance-chart and build type of organization. Last month our license expired so we renewed after some days, Even after renewal we are having issues with variance chart as it says that we need xviz PRO license to use it, Previously it was working fine.

2- I have downloaded the file from download/license menu in the xviz website and updated the previous file in my PBI organizations. I thought it can help me, however Now I am not been able to see the previously deployed charts as well

Can you please elaborate where we are doing wrong so that we can make this work ASAP
